SoCo 146

Juliano Enterprises, Inc. and Cathartes Private Investments have joined forces once again to acquire, permit and develop residential lofts in downtown Brockton. This is our second major mill renovation in downtown Brockton. The project consists of renovating a 90,000SF +/- mill building into 72 loft style residential units. Our development strategy is creating a transit village across the street from the MBTA commuter rail. The building is adjacent to the new BAT transportation and parking center, police station and the commuter rail. There is ample on site parking and green space that will be created.

The 72 unit residential loft project will consist of 24 one bedroom units and 48 two bedroom units with huge windows, exposed post and beam wood ceilings and concrete floors. The grand entry lobby will be a comparable feel to the "chic" city hotels with 14' high sandblasted wood ceilings, a wall of glass and colored concrete floors. The lofts will feature modern IKEA style kitchens and baths with great city views.

There will be super high speed wireless internet included in the condo fee for all residents with an "intranet" community based forum. The intranet will allow the residence to communicate in there own private online community. This is similar to fortune 500 companies that have an internal cyber community. Every resident will be assigned there own IP address to allow them to be anywhere on the property with any WiFi compatible device such as a Palm pilot or lap top and search the internet, check email or communicate with other residents. Other included amenities consist of a deeded parking space, deeded storage locker, on site gym and a state of the art media/community center.
